We, at GPI Textiles believe that quality begins with the best cotton selection, and the world-class yarns come only from superior quality cotton. Hence, we source our raw material from selected cotton stations across the country to ensure uniform quality. HVI testing with Spin Lab and computerized ‘Bale Management’ ensures consistent quality throughout the year.
 
In cotton yarn to get the quality parameters very high level, we use Shankar-6 cotton from Gujarat for count from 16s to 30s and MCU-5 from Adilabad, Andhra Pradesh from 30s and above.
 
We use Mech of Madhya Pradesh for PC yarn. We do not use any cotton below 27.5 mm staple length and for finer counts we use 29.5 mm plus cotton. Our maximum purchase of cotton is from Cotton Corporation of India, which is Government controlled organisation and has a record of quality consistency.
